NEWS RELEASE FROM BLIND YOGA: With over 20 million people in the U.S. exploring the healing benefits of yoga, it’s important that this exercise be readily available and easy to access for everyone. That’s why Marty Klein, a blind author, workshop leader and yoga enthusiast and Gretchen Hein, a certified yoga teacher, have worked together to create a yoga program that teaches the basics of yoga to the visually impaired.

And right now, the Blind Yoga program is hosting a special Memorial Day Give Away!

If you’d like the win a free 5 CD yoga program, tailored for the visually impaired but useful for the visually enabled as well, register to win at 5
