T-Mobile worker Tamesha Williams dials up outstanding customer service

Tamesha Williams, a T-Mobile employee, was recently given a customer service award for going the extra mile to help the visually-impaired research cell phones and plans that work best for them.

Williams, who works at the store on the Atlanta Highway in Montgomery, Ala., searches for phones based on the customer's requests.

If they do no work for you - she will tell you.

She does it all with a smile and will not be defeated when trying to find an answer.
