Pam, a server at Johnny Ray's BBQ in Birmingham, Alabama at the Colonade Shopping Center, was honored for sharing her friendly smile and her willingness to talk to customers with special needs and requests.

She gets orders right and keeps your glass full. The food is good and the homemade pie is the best in Alabama.
