Sarah Byrd awarded for outstanding customer service

Sarah Byrd of Capitol Film Works gets the customer service award for taking care of finding lost pictures and knowing how to assist customers with special needs. Byrd can do it all when it comes to film works and saving pictures to a CD and explaining how to do it. V.I.P. lost some pictures but she recovered them for us. We appreciate her work and wanted to reward her. She works with a smile and has a great attitude. She treated us with respect and took pride in her work. Thanks Sarah.
