Marvin's employee honored for outstanding customer service

Jan Harper, shipping receiver at Marvin's, gets a customer service award from Visually Impaired People, Inc. for smiling and being friendly to all customers. No matter what their issue, she tries to get it right.

She is the mother of two daugthers and five grandchildren. She loves people and helping folks with special needs. She is a spirtual lady and treats people right. She loves to read to people who cannot see well and likes to volunteer her time with charities.
